Vincentian now has an online system – called WorxHub – for non-emergency maintenance requests. Employees should use it for issues concerning lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, windows, carpeting or painting, snow removal or another minor maintenance need.
Instructions for submitting a maintenance request can be found in the Resource Center folder on any Vincentian PC.
Once your request is entered in WorxHub, it is assigned a priority rating and dispatched electronically to the appropriate maintenance technician. You can track each request you make in the system. Please submit one work request per form.
WorxHub is not for emergencies. Please continue to use calls to report items that require immediate assistance.
